Alison next spent two years at a boutique appellate firm, where she handled appeals to the Georgia Court of Appeals, Georgia Supreme Court, and served as embedded counsel at trial. Alison joined Moriarty Injury Lawyer in 2025.
Alison now handles Plaintiffs’ personal injury cases through all stages of discovery and trial, as well as appellate work, including motions practice and preservation of error at trial.
Alison grew up in Roswell, Georgia. She studied playwriting at Sarah Lawrence College in Bronxville, New York, before graduating magna cum laude from Emory University with degrees in anthropology and theater studies.
At the University of Georgia School of Law, Alison won multiple advocacy awards, including first place in the Talmadge Moot Court competition and Georgia’s Intrastate Moot Court competition (where she also won best brief).
